I came to Casa Grande in 1985 to open a Temporary Employment Service after research had indicated that there was a need for this type of service in the area.  I had a business partner at that time and in 1988, I sold my half of the business to my partner and opened KC Management, Inc. dba Cindy’s Work Force.  We have been providing various employment services for nearly 20 years now.  Some of the services offered include temporary employees on a short term or long term basis, temp-to-hire, and/or payrolled employees in the clerical, administrative, light industrial and professional/management fields.  We also offer various clerical skills testing.   Our services are customized to meet our client’s needs. 

 Our service area quickly expanded in those early years from not only serving the Casa Grande, area but also Maricopa, Eloy, Coolidge, Florence and most of the surrounding Western Pinal County.  The growth has been amazing in these communities and we are so proud to be a part of that growth.

 I have been actively involved in the communities over the years in various organizations and committees such as Maricopa Chamber of Commerce, Greater Casa Grande Chamber of Commerce (past Board President), Eloy Chamber of Commerce, United Way (Past Board member), March of Dimes (logistics chair for many yrs.), Rotary Club (past Sec. & Treas.), Central Arizona Regional Economic Development Foundation Board (incoming 2008 Board President), CAC Business Advisory Committee, Against Abuse Board, and numerous fundraising committees.  I strongly believe that we need to be a part of the communities that we live, work and play in.  It’s vital for the success of these communities and ultimately for all of us and our families.
