As the Owner and Broker of Maricopa Properties, Dawn has the expertise, proven track record, and resources to help you buy, sell or rent your next property. While her company, Maricopa Properties, does focus on the City of Maricopa, Dawn has assisted buyers and sellers as far North as Anthem, as far West as Buckeye and as far East as Queen Creek. With a background of 17 years of experience in sales and marketing, Dawns focus has always been the “customer”. In Real Estate the “customer” is not only the individual buying and/or selling a home but also every person involved in the process - the lender, the other agent escrow officer, inspector, and more. Dawn is able to coordinate all of these individuals in order to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. Continuing her experience beyond the basics, Dawn strives for a level of knowledge in the business that few have obtained including the designations of Broker, Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate of Real Estate Institute, and Masters of Real Estate in addition to the certifications of At Home with Diversity and e-Pro. Dawn is currently working towards her Certified Residential Specialist and Risk Management Specialists certification as well.
