MARICOPA, AZ (January 17, 2008) - Are you in need of a lifestyle change? Do you know someone who has attempted to loose weight and has not succeeded? Have you ever wanted to loose weight but didn’t have the right tools or knowledge to do so? If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, you or someone you know could be the fortunate Maricopan we are looking for.  Balance In-Home Training is now offering all Maricopan's the opportunity to submit applications to win a chance of a lifetime!

 “It’s important for people to have the opportunity to reach their full potential; and being able to help them succeed gives me a great sense of accomplishment. I know that when I go home at the end of the day, I’ve impacted some ones life in a positive way. It’s a great feeling,” says Nicole Hendricks, co-owner of Balance In-Home Training.

This amazing, life changing experience will give one lucky person 3 months of fitness training, nutrition counseling, and healthy guidelines to change their lifestyle. Hendricks has also partnered with local businesses, such as, Carol Brines of PureHues Hair Salon, Karen Kramarczyk of Family Dentistry of Maricopa, Danielle Watson of Lotus Transformations, John Donahue or A-1 Health and Wellness, Sue Carlisle of Entrées Made Easy, and Barbara Regis of Renaissance2.

The time is now to win the coveted, three month long, life changing experience, Maricopa Makeover.  All applicants must be available for fitness training 6 days a week; 3 days will be spent on a minimum of 30 minutes of a personalized fitness program and 3 days will be spent on a minimum of 1 hour cardiovascular program every week, for the continuation of the Makeover.

Applications can be picked up at any of the businesses listed above or you can email nicole@balanceinhometraining.com. A recent photo must be submitted with your application. The deadline for application submission is Wednesday, February 27th, 2008.  The winner will be announced on Friday, February 29th, 2008. The Makeover will start on Monday, March 3rd and end on Friday, May 23rd, 2008. The unveiling celebration will be held in the evening of Friday, May 23rd, 2008.
